From the Navy to Helping Local Businesses Win

I’ve worn a lot of hats — Navy parachute rigger, truck driver, moving company owner, real estate investor…

But for over a decade, I’ve been in the trenches with local business owners — especially restaurants, medspas, and home service pros.

I help them fix the stuff that actually matters: broken follow-up, missed calls, wasted ad spend, and systems that don’t scale. The end result? Predictable growth that feels less like gambling and more like strategy.

Today, tools like SAGE and OrderChop make it easier than ever to build a business that runs smoother and earns more — even while you sleep.

Built by a Problem Solver — Not a Marketing Guru

I started out as a parachute rigger in the U.S. Navy — where one missed stitch could cost someone their life. That job taught me precision, discipline, and how to think in systems.

After the Navy, I got behind the wheel as a truck driver, then built a successful moving business by creating a smarter pricing system — charging by the piece instead of hourly or by weight. That one shift changed everything.

I later became a real estate investor, helping families avoid foreclosure when traditional realtors couldn’t (or wouldn’t) step in.

Every step of the way, I built **systems** that made the work more efficient, the results more predictable, and the process scalable. That mindset is exactly what I bring to clients today.

The IOS Framework: The Core of How We Get Results

After working with hundreds of businesses, we boiled it all down to what really matters: Inbound. Outbound. Systems. If you're not strong in all three, you're leaking revenue — whether you see it or not.

🔥 Inbound

How you attract new leads. Ads, SEO, social media, Google listings — the front door of your business needs to stay open.

📞 Outbound

What happens after someone shows interest? We use automation, follow-ups, and smart outreach so nobody falls through the cracks.

⚙️ Systems

This is the glue. Automations, processes, and tools that make your business run smoother — with or without you.

If You're Leaking Revenue, We Should Talk

Missed calls. Unclaimed leads. Forgotten follow-ups. Most business owners are bleeding money and don’t even know it.

Whether you need help with inbound traffic, outbound follow-ups, or the systems in between — we’ll show you exactly where the leaks are and how to fix them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with restaurants?

Nope. We also help medspas, contractors, home service pros, and real estate investors — basically anyone with leads, customers, and revenue leaks. The systems change slightly, but the results don’t: more money, less stress.

What if I already have a website and CRM?

Perfect. We don’t want to reinvent the wheel — we want to fix the engine. We can integrate with what you’ve got or plug in smarter tools where needed. You keep what works and ditch what doesn’t.

How fast will I see results?

Some clients see results within days — like reactivating old leads or patching a broken call flow. Bigger systems may take 30–60 days to fully optimize. But we never start a project without quick wins baked in.

Is this all automated or do I need to manage it?

Most of it runs on autopilot. You’ll get a clear dashboard and notifications when leads respond or bookings happen. We train you or your staff on how it works — but the goal is for you to focus on running your business, not babysitting software.
