1. What You’re Getting

OrderChop is a commission-free online ordering platform built for independent restaurants. We help you take back your profits, own your customer data, and stop sending 20–30% of every order to third-party apps. By signing up, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

2. Who’s Eligible

You must be:

  • 18 years or older

  • A U.S.-based restaurant owner or authorized decision-maker

  • Using OrderChop for legitimate business purposes only

3. What’s Included

OrderChop includes:

  • A custom-branded online ordering platform

  • Mobile-friendly checkout experience

  • Direct payment processing via Stripe

  • Menu setup and onboarding support

  • Access to performance tools (QR codes, SMS/email templates)

  • Optional integrations with Square and GoHighLevel

4. What You Need to Provide (Onboarding Requirements)

To ensure a smooth and timely launch, you agree to submit the following within 7 business days of signing up:

📦 Assets Required:

  • ✅ Full menu with pricing (PDF, image, doc, or spreadsheet)

  • ✅ 3–5 photos of top-selling items (or allow us to use stock images)

  • ✅ Menu item descriptions (or approve us to create them)

  • ✅ Your logo and brand colors (if available)

🔐 Platform Access:

  • ✅ Admin/manager access to:

    • Your Facebook Business Page

    • Your Instagram Business Account

    • Your Google Business Profile

💳 Stripe Setup:

  • ✅ Create or connect your Stripe account

  • ✅ Provide access so we can link Stripe to your OrderChop system

💰 Why Stripe? Stripe ensures every dollar from your online orders goes straight into your business account — no waiting on third-party platforms, no commissions taken. You’re in control of your cash flow.

⏱️ Responsiveness:

  • ✅ Reply to onboarding-related messages within 2 business days

  • ✅ Approve or revise your site preview within 3 business days

⚠️ Delays in onboarding may:

  • Postpone your go-live date

  • Pause your eligibility for the 60-day performance guarantee

  • Result in additional setup fees if excessive rework is needed

5. Billing & Fees

  • Setup Fee: $1,497–$2,997 (one-time, non-refundable, based on complexity)

  • Monthly Subscription: Flat rate based on feature set and volume

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly auto-draft via Stripe

  • Late Payments: May result in service interruption

6. Our 60-Day Performance Guarantee

We believe in results. If your OrderChop system doesn’t produce enough direct online orders to cover your monthly fee within 60 days of going live, we’ll waive your subscription cost until it does.

But to qualify, you have to do your part.

🔒 To Qualify for the Guarantee:

You must complete all onboarding and promotion requirements below within your first 30 days of going live.

✅ Onboarding (Within 7 Business Days):

  • Full menu, images, and item descriptions

  • Stripe account connected

  • Platform access (FB, IG, Google)

  • Brand assets

  • Timely approvals and responses

📣 Promotion (Within First 30 Days):

  1. 4+ Social Posts

    • On Facebook and Instagram

    • Include your OrderChop link, a call to action, and tag a follower or customer

  2. Bio/Link Updates

    • Add your OrderChop link to your:

      • Facebook bio

      • Instagram bio

      • Google Business Profile

  3. In-Store Promo

    • Display at least 1 OrderChop table tent, poster, or window cling

  4. Customer Announcement

    • Send at least one email or SMS blast to your existing customer list (we’ll give you templates)

  5. No Competing Promotions

    • Don’t promote 3rd-party delivery apps (like DoorDash or UberEats) during the 60-day period

⚠️ Skipping any of these steps will void the guarantee. We provide the tools, but you have to give it visibility.

7. Customer Data & Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of customer data collected through your system

  • We may use anonymized, non-identifiable data for performance insights

8. Support & Uptime

  • 99%+ uptime target

  • Standard support available during business hours

  • Emergency support available for order-critical issues

9. Cancellation & Termination

  • Month-to-month billing

  • Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

    • Non-payment

    • Abuse or misuse of the platform

    • Violation of these terms

10. Legal Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime caused by external platforms, customer behavior, or acts of God

  • Results are not guaranteed — your participation affects your outcome

  • These terms are governed by Iowa law; disputes will be handled in Polk County, Iowa

11. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email and/or dashboard alerts.
